2. Products & Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means each item is custom printed once an order is placed.
Because of this, slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur. We do our best to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate representations.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and fulfilled by Printify’s global network of print partners.
Average fulfillment time: 2–7 business days
Shipping times vary depending on your location, typically 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that delays due to carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Since our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a product defect or printing error.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@noamcollective.com with photos of the issue.
We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s payment gateways.
