Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and components. Proof of purchase or your order number will be required.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@noamcollective.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you an email with further instructions to send your order back to us.

Please do not send your return before receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For convenience, we’ll provide the return shipping label so you don’t need to purchase one separately. The cost of the label will be deducted from your total refund.

The original standard shipping amount paid with your order will be refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping, there is no original shipping charge to refund.

Fresh Pages & Paper Products

Fresh Pages and other refill or paper products must be unused and unopened to be eligible for a return. Once opened, used, or damaged, these items cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package every Noam order before it leaves us. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right. If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, Noam Collective will cover the applicable shipping costs for the resolution.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color, finish, or product, you may return your eligible item and place a new order for your preferred selection.
