Return & Refund Policy

At Noam Collective, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, to reduce waste and promote sustainability.
Because each product is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

We’re a small, faith-driven brand that values honesty, fairness, and excellence — so if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives with a printing error, damage, or quality issue:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@noamcollective.com.

  2. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the problem.

  3. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@noamcollective.com.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Orders placed with incorrect sizes (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Items damaged due to improper care after delivery

Because all products are made to order, we cannot restock or resell returned items.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out within 2 hours of placing it.
After that time, production may have already begun, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
